The rub will keep for a few months in an airtight container.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup smoky Spanish Paprika
  • ¼ cup kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 2 tbsp. ground coriander
  • 2 tbsp. chile powder
  • ½ tbsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp. oregano
  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. onion powder
  • 2 tbsp. celery salt
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Transfer it to an airtight container.
